摘 要：物流对国民经济的贡献似乎越来越引起重视。自从加入世贸组织以来，建筑行业的竞争也随改革开放的的深入而变得更加激烈。在建筑工程项目中，物流对建筑企业的利益有着非常重大的影响，因此本文就工程物流项目的问题及风险进行分析，有较强的现实意义。本文首先对物流及物流风险相关理论进行分析，其次，结合实际工程项目，通过问卷调查的方式掌握该工程中物流项目存在的问题。再次，借助于模糊综合分析法对SC工程物流项目中的风险进行分析，最后提出若干风险应对对策。

Abstract: The logistics contribution to the national economy seems to be more and more attention. Since the accession to the WTO, the construction industry competition with the depth of reform and opening up has become more intense. In the construction project, the logistics of construction
enterprises have a very significant impact, so this article on the project logistics problems and risk analysis, has a strong practical significance. This paper first analyzes the theory of logistics and logistics risk. Secondly, combining with the actual project, the question of logistics project in the project is grasped by means of questionnaire. Thirdly, the risk of SC project logistics project is analyzed by means of fuzzy comprehensive analysis. Finally, some risk countermeasures are put forward.
