摘要：2l世纪是计算机网络的时代，由于全球经济一体化的形势和计算机网络的快速发展，导致社会供需关系由卖方市场向买方市场的转变，各个消费领域发生的深刻的变革，这迫使企业整合资源，提高效率。现代物流，一个全新的管理概念和管理方式随着这个时代应运而生。它作为一种现代科技进步的产物，正在促进物流从单纯的运输、仓储等服务，扩展到高效、快捷、低成本的配送体系。计算机是现代科技、管理方式、信息技术为支撑的综合物流服务的载体，从服务物流信息管理中的应用为其提供了广阔的发展空间，现代物流的发展与计算机正在逐步形成一个网络化的综合服务体系。
