新奥星连锁零售鞋业的物流外包决策分析
摘 要
进入21世纪以来,“物流”这个名词变得与网络、电子商务同样炙手可热。在西方发达国家中将物流视为降低成本的“第三利润源泉”,是提高企业服务水平的有力工具。随着物流理论进入我国,受到了社会各界人士的广泛关注。但是由于物流在我国起步晚, 到目前仍处于初级发展阶段。很多企业对于选择物流自营还是物流外包的问题时具有很大的盲目性。 本文就是在这样一种背景下,分析我国物流外包的发展现状、影响物流外包决策的内部因素与外部因素、几种外包决策方法以及物流外包过程中存在的一些不足,并结合北京奥星连锁零售鞋业的物流外包实例进行分析,通过对我国物流业发展现状以及物流外包决策的研究,认识到我国物流发展过程中存在的不足、需要进一步完善的地方,并且提出了自己的看法以及针对性的改进意见。关键词:物流外包;决策分析;方法

In the 21 century, the term “logistics” become and network, the electronic commerce also hot. In the western developed countries will lower the cost of logistics as “the third profits source”, is to improve the service level of the enterprise, is a powerful tool. With logistics theory into our country, is the social people from all walks of attention. But because of logistics in China, but it is still at the primary to stage of development. Many enterprise for selecting the logistics proprietary or of logistics outsourcing problem of great blindness.This article is in such a context, the analysis of logistics outsourcing in China development present situation, the influence of logistics outsourcing decision internal factors and external factors, several outsourcing decision method and logistics outsourcing some shortcomings of existing in the process, and combined with the Beijing Olympic star retail chain shoes industry logistics outsourcing of case studies, through to the present situation of the development of the logistics industry in China and logistics outsourcing decision research, and recognize that China’s logistics development the defect existing in the process of, need to perfection, and puts forward ideas and specific improvements.
