在当今时代,传媒作为传播信息的载体承担着不可推卸的社会责任,这一方面要求传媒必须把握正确的舆论导向,引导社会大众文化向健康积极的方向发展,另一方面也需要传媒的从业人员处理好追求卖点和追求品味,讲求经济效益和讲求社会效益的关系。构建社会主义和谐社会不仅需要系统的制度重构、机制转换、观
念变更、理论创新,更重要的是对社会资源进行优化配置、开发和整合。作为整合社会资源、协调社会发展公共平台的新闻传媒,其作用不可忽视。运用理论联系实际法、归纳研究法等方法,尝试从闻学、传播学等研究领域,对新闻伦理对新闻传媒社会责任进行研究,针对我国新闻伦建设中的实际问题进行分析,解析新闻传媒伦理的概念、社会则怎、责任缺失表现、剖析新闻传媒的社会责任失范的现象及其原因,探讨新闻伦理道德建设的对策。

Abstract
