内容摘要：随着新闻的影响力日益增大，以及人们认知水平的不断提高，电视新闻节目作为电视媒体中的一种重要形式，对主持人提出了更高的要求，要求主持人具有很高的采访技巧，主持人的采访技巧对节目的发展至关重要，然而，在很多电视节目中，主持人不注重采访技巧，采访的内容往往不是观众想了解的，影响了新闻节目的传播效果。在此背景下，本文首先简述新闻节目主持人必备的采访技巧，接着对电视新闻主持人的采访现状进行分析，指出其存在的问题，最后提出提高电视新闻、主持人采访技巧的针对性建议，希望电视新闻主持人做好采访前的准备，善于提问和倾听，注重人文关怀，从而不断提高主持人的采访技巧,促进电视节目的健康发展，是具有现实意义的研究课题。

Abstract:With the increasing influence of the news, as well as cognitive level of continuous improvement, an important form of television news programs as the television media, host interview skills critical to the development of programs. However, in many television programs, the host does not focus on interview skills, interview content is often not the audience want to know, affect the spread effect of the news programs. In this context, the paper first briefly news presenters essential interviewing skills, followed by television news anchors interview situation, pointing out its problems, and finally proposed to increase the TV news host interviewing skills targeted suggested that television news anchors do to prepare before the interview, good questions and listen, pay attention to the humane care, thereby increasing the host’s interview skills.
