摘要
随着电视传媒业的快速发展，以及人们对选秀节目的喜爱，促进了电视选秀节目的蓬勃发展，同时也催生了选秀节目评委职业化的发展，选秀节目评委的素质引起了社会的广泛关注。在此背景下，本文首先简述了选秀节目的内涵及选秀节目的发展史，接着对我国选秀节目评委的现状进行分析，由于评委选手的随意化、角色定位偏差、素质不高影响了点评的水准。最后提出选秀节目评委角色定位的建议，笔者希望统一选秀节目评委的资格，科学定位评委角色，提升评委的素质，从而使评委朝专业化、职业化发展，促进我国选秀节目的健康发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the television media industry, as well as people’s favorite talent show to promote the vigorous development of the TV talent show, but also brought about the talent show judges professional development, caused by the quality of the talent show judges wide spread concern in the community. In this context, the paper first outlines the connotation of the talent show and the history of the development of the talent show, and then analyze the current situation of China’s talent show judges, judges players at random, the role bias, quality is not high impact of the standard of review. Finally, the recommendations of the talent show judges role, I want a unified talent show judges qualifications, scientific orientation judges role to enhance the quality of the judges, so judges toward the professional, career development, and promote China’s election the healthy development of the TV show.
