摘要

随着科技的发展和全球化进程的推进，联播新闻这一新闻节目的重要栏目类型所面临的外部环境发生了深刻的变化。从联播新闻的发展阶段看，经历了1992年以前的发展起始阶段后，上个世纪90年代到新世纪初飞速发展，随着卫星技术、市场竞争的变化，走向了多元化竞争发展之路。随着全媒体的竞争加剧，新闻栏目发展中出现的弊病阻碍了电视新闻的发展，与此同时，2011年，中宣部等部门联合新闻战线在全国上下开展“走基层、转作风、改文风”活动，开辟了联播新闻发展的新时代。在联播新闻发展的新时期，走转改运动深入开展的当下，新型媒体的冲击以及传媒的全球化发展等暴露出福州新闻内外所处的劣势。从外部来讲，大环境下，福州新闻核心竞争力不足；从内部来看，节目自身存在着瓶颈，主要是节目内容和素材选择方面的僵化和浮夸、消息时效性弱、编排方式不能满足观众需求和消息写作风格一成不变、主持人播报僵化等。福州新闻栏目的转型路径分析中，本文结合走转改的基本要求、参照美国新闻栏目的经验，将福州新闻目前面临的问题结构为三个核心问题，分别为新闻内容结构的改变、新闻质量的提升和新闻时效性的改善，并提出了以下建议：转变新闻素材选择渠道，多样化新闻播报方式；新闻报道要深入，提升福州新闻的节目定位；重视节目与观众的互动，增强新闻现场感和时效性。

With the advance of technology and the globalization process, the news network as an important form of news columns, the external environment it faces has been propounded changed. Seen from the stage of development of the network news, before 1992- the start-up phase, it developed rapidly and then stepped into the new phase since 1992. After then, with the development in the satellite technology and the intensifying in market competition, network news had been directed to the road of diversified development. With the competition in all media, the shortcomings in the news columns development hindered the development of TV News. Since 2011, joint with all the media organizations in China, the Central Propaganda Department carried out the activity called “go to the grassroots level, turn the style of work, and change the style activities” and it opened a brand new era of development of the network news. In the development of the new era of network news, the impact of new media and media globalization has exposed both inside and outside their disadvantages. Externally, the environment that Fuzhou News faces has proved that its core competitiveness is inadequate; from the internal point of view, there are bottlenecks for itself. Including the program content and material selection is rigid and the resources are narrow; the news timeliness is weak; the arrangement of the way to satisfy the audience demand and news writing style remain unchanged; the host broadcaster rigidities. In accordance with the “go switch to change the” basic requirements, and in the light of the experience of the U.S. News column, I break down the difficulties faced by the Fuzhou news into three parts. Including changes in the structure of news content and news to enhance the quality and news timeliness improvement, and made the following recommendations: change the news material to select channels, diversified way broadcast news reporting; news reports depth to enhance the positioning of Fuzhou news program; great importance to the program interaction with the audience, and enhance the news sense of the scene, and timeliness.
