摘 要：亲和力是亲和力是比喻使人亲近、愿意接触的力量，用于人际关系领域。亲和力对于主持人来说，是一种职业能力，尤其对于谈话类节目主持人而言，适度的亲和力能帮助主持人迅速准确地传情达意，有助于节目的进程。谈话类节目主持人的展现，主要是通过语言的表达、适当的身体语言以及互动等来反映出来的。对于现阶段的谈话节目主持人的亲和力表达而言，真诚的缺失、不注重外部包装以及不注重倾听只是一味按提纲发问等都是比较重要的问题。在谈话中对真诚予以积极把握，逐渐配以适当的包装以及学会倾听，以倾听为基础结合谈话提纲进行发问是较好的策略。对于未来的发展而言，主持人的亲和力对于架起访谈对象和听众之间的桥梁，对节目进程进行更好的控制和引导意义重大。
