摘 要：长期以来,在高等音乐院校的教育中一直呈现着过分注重专业技能的培养,忽视文化素质的教育,以至于音乐院校培养出来的学生大多处于匠人的层次。而且这些学生走出校门后因其自身的综合素质不高而一次次的被关在一些事业单位的门外，例如公务员招考中基本上没有对口职位，甚至有些用人单位一听是音乐学院的学生就立马不经思考的摇头等这些现象。现在的社会是不断高速发展的社会，只有高素质，全面发展的人才才可以得以适应。我们要与时俱进,要培养出适应时代需要的新型音乐艺术人才,必须在高等音乐教育中加强对学生的人文素质教育,使专业的发展建立在全面素质提高的基础上。本文对素质教育在音乐院校学生教育中的作用和意义加以分析认识到了素质教育的重要性和必须性，并对当前音乐院校学生素质的基本现状进行了阐述，找到了对症下药的突破口，提出了一些有效的对策。

We will keep pace with The Times, develop suited to the needs of The Times new music art talent, in music education in higher must strengthen their humanity quality education, make the professional development based on the basis of comprehensive quality improvement. In this paper, the quality education in music college students’ education of the function and the analysis to understand the meaning of the importance of the education quality and must be sex, and the music college students’ quality basic present situation are illustrated, found the suit the remedy to the case of the breach, and puts forward some effective countermeasures.
