摘要：随着人们生活水平的提高及音乐教育的大众化，越来越多的人开始追求在音乐上有一定的造诣，这就给音乐考级带来了宝贵的发展机会。考级机构一般可以给业余考生的音乐水平提供一个比较规范、权威的认定，同时对考生所具备的音乐专业方面的技能及知识有一定的评价作用，所以对促进考生积极学习音乐知识具有重要的意义。不过，目前各个考级机构的职业水平及考生的盲目考级，给自身音乐的学习带来很多坏处，也会让考级活动畸形发展。针对这种情形，笔者通过浙江萧山地区业音乐考级现状的调查与分析,初步分析音乐考级的整体运作模式,针对考级的各个层次，包括音乐考级组织者、考官、教师、家长、考生等,总结当前萧山地区业余音乐考级的发展情况，发现音乐考级中存在的一些问题和不良发展倾向。通过研究分析,提出解决萧山业余音乐考级存在问题的办法,希望为其他地区的业余音乐考级发展提供一些有用的建议。

Abstract: with the improvement of people’s living standard and music education popularity, more and more people begin to seek in music have a certain attainments, this will give music in the distinction brought valuable development opportunities. The distinction institutions in general can give amateur examinee’s music level provide a more standard, the cognizance of the authority, and the candidates have music professional skills and knowledge assessment function, so to promote the examinee actively learning music knowledge is of great significance. But now, all the distinction of professional level and institutions of the examinee blindly take, to their own music learning bring many disadvantages, also can make the distinction flawed development activities. In this situation, the author of the zhejiang xiaoshan area in the distinction of the present situation of the music industry survey and analysis, the preliminary analysis of the music in the distinction whole operation mode, the distinction for all levels, including music tiered exam organizers, the examiner, parents, teachers, and students, summarizes the current xiaoshan area in the distinction of development of the amateur music, music in the distinction that some existing problems in the development and bad tendency. Through the research and analysis, proposed the solution xiaoshan amateur music to the problems that exist in the distinction, hope for other areas to provide the distinction of amateur music development some useful advice.
