Abstract
With the deepening reform of the power system,the business model of the power industry and power generation business environment is undergoing profound changes.Through the introduction of the past and present state of development of the Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co.Ltd，this paper adopts PEST environmental analysis model to systemically analysis the company’s domestic environment,draw on Porter’s industry analysis model to analyze the competitive environment，analyze the opportunities and threats that exists in the current environment,and then work out the future development strategy,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to implementation of the strategy , it has certain application value on the company’s development strategy.
