Forms and functions of speech and Translation
Linguistics is one of the oldest science, is a young science. The study on language is being started very early, will generally be nineteenth Century historical comparative linguistics before the historical period known as the traditional Chinese learning period, Chinese English began to attract attention of scholars, can be traced back for the 60 time of last centuries, translation practice long-standing, along with the development of technology and economic globalization, for foreign language translation is also more and more get the attention of people, after the translation practice translation theory research has been fruitful. Contemporary linguistics history has many schools of linguistics, linguistic study of formalism and functionalism ( formalism ) ( functionalism ) of the speech, language and translation, the form and the function to carry on the research analysis.

语言学是一门古老的科学，也是一门年轻的科学。人类对语言的研究很早就开始了，一般将19世纪历史比较语言学产生以前的历史时期称为传统语文学时期，中国英语问题开始引起学者们的注意，最早可以追溯代上个世纪的60年代，翻译实践页由来已久，随着科技和经济全球化的发展，对于外文语言的翻译也越来越受到人们的重视，晚于翻译实践的翻译理论研究也已经硕果累累。当代语言学的研究史上有许多语言学流派,语言学的研究中有形式主义(formalism)与功能主义(functionalism)之分，本文就语言的演讲与翻译，形式与功能进行研究分析。
