三一重工的环境责任行为研究
企业作为主要的自然环境资源的消耗者和自然环境的污染者，对资源的合理利用和对环境的合理保护有着不可推卸的责任。特别在当前为了实现可持续发展，我国政府提出要转变传统的粗放型经济增长模式，建立可持续发展的新型经济模式。在该模式下如何增加企业在利用和保护环境过程中尽到义务与责任成为一个非常现实和紧迫的课题。企业承担环境责任，既是企业生存发展的内在需要，也是适应客观社会时代形势变化，构建和谐社会的需要。我国企业在制定企业战略和实施企业战略的各个环节中都要充分考虑对环境的影响，遵循企业与自然环境和谐发展的客观规律，承担起环境责任，从而追求企业经济利益和社会环境利益的双赢。三一重工在企业环境责任行为方面存在一些问题，企业环境意识淡薄，现实运用的环保技术少，对环境标准的贯彻不到位，采取环境换利润的经营模式等。文章提出五个方面的建议：提高企业环境责任意识；实行对产品全程控制；构建企业环境责任外部监督机制；延伸企业生产责任；加大废弃物综合利用。

BEHAVIOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY SANY HEAVY
Enterprises as the main consumers of natural resources and the natural environment polluters, the rational use of resources and the reasonable protection of the environment has not shirk responsibility. Especially in the current order to achieve sustainable development, my Government proposes to change the traditional extensive economic growth mode, the establishment of a new economic model of sustainable development. In this mode, how to increase their utilization and protection of the environment in the course of duty and responsibility to do to become a very real and urgent issue. Corporate environmental responsibility, both the internal needs of enterprise survival and development, but also to adapt to the changing situation in objective social times, building a harmonious society. China’s enterprises in the development and implementation of business strategy in every aspect of business strategy should take full account of the impact on the environment, following the natural environment and harmonious development of enterprise and the objective laws, to assume environmental responsibility, to pursue business interests and the social environment, economic win-win benefits . Sany Heavy Industry behavior in corporate environmental responsibility, there are some issues, corporate environmental consciousness, the reality less use of environmental technology, implementation of environmental standards is not in place, to take the environment for profit business model and so on. This paper presents recommendations in five areas: improving corporate environmental responsibility; full control of the implementation of the product; build corporate environmental responsibility in external oversight mechanisms; extension of production responsibility; increase the comprehensive utilization of waste.
