和谐语境下企业劳资关系管理创新研究
摘要
我国经济转型过程中,企业的劳资关系发生了很大的变化,与计划经济时期相比,目前劳资关系更加复杂和紧张,劳资矛盾与冲突日趋表面化和常态化。目前,企业劳资关系管理存在以下一些问题:劳动合同签订率低,流于形式多;工会的组建率低下,难以发挥制衡作用;企业推行集体合同情况较差;企业支付的劳动工资低。针对这些问题企业劳资关系管理应重点做好以下工作:提高劳资管理工作人员的素质;营造良好的劳资管理工作环境;坚持知人善用的劳资管理的信念;完善和谐的劳资管理体制。
