施工企业项目经理薪酬管理创新研究
摘要
薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的一个重要组成部分。经济的发展,同时也带动了企业薪酬管理体制的完善。以前的计划经济虽然已经解体,但它的后遗症还是牵制了我国经济的腾飞,特别是传统的薪酬管理体制已跟不上经济的发展速度,建立新的薪酬管理模式对我国企业来说已是迫在眉睫,特别是施工企业,存在的问题更为明显。
本文结合薪酬管理理论知识,通过实践调查,采取深入施工现场走访、与有关员工进行面谈、调阅历史资料数据等方式,详细了解施工企业的全面情况,如人力资源管理模式、现有的薪酬管理政策和方法及员工对薪酬水平的真实愿望等,并对施工企业所存在的问题列举分析,从而提出相关的创新性方案,来达到解决当前施工企业项目经理薪酬管理所存问题的目的。

ABSTRACT
Compensation management is the management of human resources is an important part. Economic development, but also led to improved enterprise compensation management system.
