项目工程企业的人才素质要求及培养研究
——以中建三局为例
摘要
随着我国市场经济改革的进一步深化，企业面临着市场的竞争压力日益增大。要提高企业的核心竞争力，重在于培养先进的人才，人才是企业取胜的关键。项目工程企业在我国的现代化建设中起着很大作用，项目工程企业的人才质量对企业的良性发展起重要作用。由于项目工程企业的一些特殊性，其对人才的要求有别于其他企业。本文旨在根据项目工程企业的技术和施工特点，分析项目工程企业对人才的素质要求和培养方式，并以中建三局的人才培养方式为例分析，给出一些优化建议。也希望这些建议能给我国项目工程企业的管理人员提供一点帮助。

ABSTRACT
Along with our country market economy reform deepening, the enterprise faces increasing competition pressure. To enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and focuses on introducing the advanced talent, talent is the key of the enterprise. Project enterprises played a significant role in the modernization, the personnel quality of project enterprises also play an important role in the enterprises’ healthy development. Because of the special of the project enterprises, the personel requirements differ from other companies. This essay reserachs the project enterprise’s requirements of personnel quality,and the personnel training. The artile takes the example of the third Bureau of CACEC and gives some suggestions. And I hope the suggestions can do a little help for the managers of the project enterprises.
