薪酬结构与企业绩效之间关系的研究
摘要
员工是企业的基础,是企业最基本的元素,对企业具有支撑作用。一个企业没有员工,将无法生存下去。而企业员工的工作积极性在很大程度上是企业的薪酬结构所决定的,因此,一个企业的绩效和其对员工的薪酬结构有着密切的关系。本文从薪酬结构切入,讨论其与企业绩效的关系。
本文首先通过实地的考察,采取有效的手段,例如问卷调查,了解到现在企业的薪酬结构,以及各种薪酬在总薪酬中的比例。了解企业各个岗位员工对于薪酬的期望和目前的薪酬结构,以此来了解员工对企业的满意程度。而员工对企业的满意度又可以反过来评价其薪酬结构的合理程度。最后,对调查结果进行分析。
调查显示,与企业绩效负相关的薪酬机制是固定薪酬制,与企业正相关的薪酬机制有弹性薪酬制、长期薪酬制和短期薪酬制。据此提出相关的优化激励机制的建议。

A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE STRUCTURE OF THE STAFF’S SALARY AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY
—TAKING AN INSURANCE COMPANY AS AN EXAMPLE
Staff is enterprise’s foundation,and the most basic elements, and with supporting role of enterprise. No employee of an enterprise, it will not survive. The enthusiasm of employees working in enterprises is largely determined by the salary structure,so, The performance of an enterprise and its employees pay structure has a close relationship. In this paper, salary structure and discuss its relationship with business performance.
Firstly, through field visits, to take effective measures, such as survey companies now understand the salary structure, and a variety of pay systems in the proportion of total remuneration. Then, understanding of business for each position of staff and current salary expected salary structure. In order to understand the satisfaction of enterprise employees. And the employee to enterprise’s satisfaction and can in turn to evaluate its the reasonable degree of the structure of salary. Finally, Analysis the survey results.
Survey shows that, fixed salary system is negatively correlated with corporate performance, Flexible salary system, long-term salary system,the short-term salary system,and corporate performance are positively related. Then put forward relevant optimized incentive mechanism suggestion.
