论述中国封建社会“重农抑商”政策
摘要
“重农抑商”是封建正统经济思想的一条重要原则，从商鞅变法规定的奖励耕战，到汉朝的重农措施，直到清初恢复经济的调整，都是重农抑商政策的体现。它的形成蕴涵着中国古代农耕文化、 政治文化。这一思想促进和巩固了中国封建社会的长久发展， 对中国后世的国民意识、 经济和文化都产生了深远影响。在这一思想的指导下，中国封建社会历朝历代都制定了不同程度的重农抑商政策，探究出这一思想的本质内涵及其深远影响，对解释影响着中国现代社会的传统因素有着重要理论价值和实践意义。本文试图从政治学的视角入手解析重农抑商思想的成因和理论基础，并将思想研究的着眼点放在当今社会发展的宏观环境方面，即通过深刻认识这种思想的实质和所产生过的作用，来更好地理解传统思想这一资源所蕴含的精华，也有助于克服其带给我们的消极影响，从而对于当今中国社会的发展提供部分理论上的解释。

Abstract
Thought of Physiocracy and commerce suppressing is one of a key principle of Ancient feudal china.Form shang yang reform provisions of rewords geng zhan to Han Dynasty Attaches great importance to agriculture,and it recover to adjust until Qing Dynasty, this is all reflect of Physiocracy and commerce suppressing, it contains farming culture and political culture of Ancient feudal china.This thought promote and consolidate China’s feudal society to development for a long time and it have deep impress to Later generations on the national consciousness economic and culture. Under the instruction of this thought,every dynasty has set up various policies of physiocracy and commerce suppressing.Hence,making the research on the essence and far reaching effect that this thought embodied is of great value and practical meaning to explain the traditional factors which affected modern China.The thesis is from the point of view of politics to explain the reason and theoretic basis of Physiocracy and commerce suppressing.That is to say that through the understanding on this thought and its development of process we can have a better understanding on its essence and it is also helpful to overcome some negative thinking on traditional thoughts with providing explanation on modern china’s development.
