跆拳道运动对青少年身心健康的影响
摘要:本文通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、问卷调查法分析了跆拳道运动对青少年身心健康的影响。对叁家跆拳道馆80名学员进行调查,做了一些有益的尝试,跆拳道动作简单实用,踢腿漂亮,容易学习受到大家的喜爱。能养成恭敬谦虚,友好忍让的态度和互助互学的作风。通过跆拳道的锻炼,能够进一步培养孩子的体育兴趣,培养礼仪、廉耻、忍耐、克己、认真、刻苦、坚强、勇敢的品质。改变孩子任性、胆怯、懦弱的不良习惯,增加良好的沟通、交际能力,培养自信、独立、团结、自强的精神。对少儿可以形成良好的生活习惯,培养胆量,对青少年可以树立正确的人生观,培养良好的品格。在现在社会发挥出能力培养、休闲运动等功能。跆拳道风靡世界,现从上海市浦东新区跆拳道发展现状入手,分析跆拳道运动对青少年身心健康的影响,为跆拳道的促进发展提供了参考。

The influence of taekwondo movement of adolescent’s physical and mental health
Abstract:.This article through the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method to analysis the taekwondo movement’s influence on adolescent health of body and mind. Investigating three home taekwondo hall 80 students, has made some beneficial attempt, taekwondo simple and practical, kick beautiful, easy to learn by everybody’s favorite. Can a respectful, humble, friendly and mutual tolerance attitude and learning style. Through taekwondo exercise, to further develop the child’s interest in sports, culture and etiquette, integrity, patience, self-control, serious, hard, strong and brave character. Change a child capricious, timid, cowardly bad habits, and increase the good communication, communication ability, develop confidence, independence, unity, the spirit of self-improvement. For children can form good habits of life, cultivate courage, for teenagers can set up the correct outlook on life, cultivate good character. In the present society play ability training, leisure, sports, etc. Popular in the world, and now from the Shanghai pudong new area of taekwondo development present situation, this paper analyzed the influence of the taekwondo movement of adolescent physical and mental health, provides reference to promote the development of the taekwondo.
