摘要
摩擦片是用于诸多运动机械和装备中起传动、制动、减速、转向、驻车等作用的功能配件。按功能及安装的部位主要分为制动器衬片和离合器面片。摩擦材料在汽车工业中属于关键的安全件,汽车的启动、制动和驻车都离不开摩擦材料,摩擦材料的好坏、优劣直接关系着人民的生命财产安全,其功能地位不言而喻。
本文从影响摩擦力及摩擦片的性能方面出发,主要研究内容包括以下几个方面;
(1)摩擦片的工作原理
(2)摩擦片的生产流程
(3)摩擦片参数的设定
(4)全自动钻床的优越性及PLC控制系统的设计

Abstract
Friction plate is used in many sports machinery and equipment and equipment from the transmission ,brake,steering,parking,function fitting.According to the function and the installation part mainly divides into the brake lining and clutch facing .Friction material in automobile industry is the key of safety parts ,auto starting ,braking and parking are inseparable from the the friction material ,friction material is good or bad ,is directly related to people’s life and property safety,the functional status of self-evident.This article from the impact of friction and friction performance aspect ,the main research contents include the following aspects:
- the principle of friction plate
- friction film production process
- friction parameter setting
- the superiority of automatic drilling machine and the design of PLC control system
