摘 要
随着科技的不断发展，现代化的自动生产设备越来越多的运用到工业生产中。因此，培养掌握机电一体化技术，掌握PLC技术及PLC网络技术的技术人才是当务之急。亚龙YL-335F型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置是一台针对于培养机电一体化技术的人才的实训设备。亚龙YL-335F型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置综合应用了多种技术知识，如气动控制技术、机械技术（机械传动、机械连接等）、传感器应用技术、PLC控制和组网、变频器技术等工业中常用的多种技术。
本文主要阐述了亚龙YL-335F型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置基本的组成结构和功能。亚龙YL-335F型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置在铝合金导轨式实训台上安装供料、洗瓶、灌装、加盖、分拣等工作单元，构成一个典型的啤酒自动灌装生产线的机械平台，系统各机构采用了气动驱动、变频器驱动和步进控制。在控制方面，使用西门子S7-300PLC、S7-200PLC及各扩展模块，通过PROFIBUS DP组态,使得各个PLC及各个模块之间互相通讯，实现各个独立单元的数据通讯。另外，通过编码器对位置的控制，各个单元能很好的实现本单元的功能。在该设备中，我们还使用了人机界面面，通过触摸屏，控制生产线的启动、停止等功能。

Abstract
With the continuous development of science and technology, modern automatic production equipment more and more applied to industrial production. Therefore, cultivation of master electromechanical integration technology, grasps the PLC technology and PLC network technology talent is critical. Yalong YL – 335F type industrial electrical automation and network training device is a based on cultivating the mechatronics technology talent training equipment. Yalong YL – 335F type industrial electrical automation and network training device comprehensive application of various technical knowledge, such as pneumatic control technology, mechanical technology (mechanical transmission, mechanical connection, etc), sensor application technology, PLC control and network, inverter technology industry commonly used many kinds of technology.
This article mainly expounds the yalong YL – 335F type industrial electrical automation and network training device basic composition structure and function. Yalong YL – 335F type industrial electrical automation and network training device in aluminum alloy guide type training platform for feeding, washing bottles installation, filling and be capped, sorting, etc unit, constitute a typical beer automatic filling line mechanical platform, system agencies adopted pneumatic drive, frequency converter drive and stepping control. In control, the use of Siemens s7-300 s7-200 PLC and mill, each extension module, through the PROFLBUS DP configuration, making each PLC and each module, to realize mutual communication between each independent unit data communications. In addition, through the encoder to position control, each unit can be a very good realizing the function of this unit.
In the device, we still USES the man-machine key surface, through the touch screen, control line start and stop, and other functions.
