别克ABS防抱死系统

摘要

汽车的安全越来越受的人们的重视，而汽车的紧急刹车往往造成汽车的侧翻而对驾驶员造成伤害，因此，在现代乘用车中ABS系统被大量使用。但是由于电子元件的故障导致ABS故障率提升，使之不能正常的工作，给行车带来了极大安全风险。同时，随着世界汽车工业的快速发展，车辆速度的增加，车辆的安全性也日益成为人们的热点话题，在这种环境和背景下防抱死制动系统得到产生和发展，汽车制动防抱死系统，它是提高汽车制动安全性的又一重大进步。本文主要介绍了上海别克汽车防抱死制动系统（Anti-lock Braking System，简称ABS）的控制原理，对目前汽车防抱死制动系统的控制技术进行了介绍，简单概述现代汽车ABS系统的组成构造、电路图工作原理，系统分析了汽车ABS系统的故障的诊断与排除方法，介绍了汽车ABS系统的基本检修方法，并通过实例给出了上海别克ABS故障的排除方法。并对其发展趋势进行了预测。

Abstract

The safety car more and more people’s attention, and the car’s emergency brake is often caused by a car rollover injuries to the driver and, therefore, in modern passenger cars ABS system has been widely used. However, due to the failure of electronic components led to ABS failure rate increase, so they can not work properly, to travel has brought great security risk. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of the world automobile industry, vehicle speed increases, the safety of the vehicle is also increasingly become a hot topic in this environment and the background anti-lock braking system has been the emergence and development of anti-vehicle braking locking system, which is to improve vehicle braking safety is another major step forward. This paper introduces the Shanghai Buick car anti-lock braking system (Anti-lock Braking System, referred to as ABS) control principle, the current control car anti-lock brake systems were introduced, a brief overview of the modern automobile ABS system composition structure, schematics works, the system analyzes the fault diagnosis of ABS and troubleshooting, introduces the basic repair methods of ABS systems, and examples are given by the Shanghai Buick ABS troubleshooting method. And it forecasts its development trend.
