富氧造气主要任务是以无烟块煤、小籽煤、煤棒或煤球为原料,采用固定床连续气化法,在高温条件下,持续不断地或同时通富氧空气和水蒸汽与高温的炭进行气化反应,制得合格、充足的半水煤气,为合成氨的生产。本文研究了富氧造气的性质,工艺流程和一些操作流程,注意事项等,相信通过这些研究一定会为合成氨的生产提供巨大的帮助

Abstract
Oxygen-rich gasification main task is the smoke-free lump coal, small seed coal and coal rods or coal as raw material, adopt fixed bed continuous gasification method, under the condition of high temperature, continuously or at the same time through oxygen-enriched air and steam with high temperature coal gasification reaction, was qualified, plenty of semi water gas, used for production of synthetic ammonia. This paper studies the properties of rich oxygen gasification, some technological process and operation process, matters needing attention and so on, I believe through these research will provide huge for ammonia production
