摘 要
随着国民经济的发展,时代的进步,中国传统文化逐步被越来越多的人所了解和熟悉,一些早前不经意的传统文化已经渐渐地融入人们的生活中,为人们的生活带来一定的益处。中国传统武术文化就是我国众多文化遗产中的一个重要部分,传统武术文化历来被习武者所重视,但是随着人们越来越注重养身之道,传统武术也被人们视为养身的重要方法之一。本文从我国传统武术、养身文化的概念入手,逐步分析传统武术文化对我国养身文化、健身强体的作用,最终提出传承我国传统武术文化的建议和发展的对策。在高速发展的现在社会,中国传统武术及其养生文化以它独特的方式,丰富的文化内涵,充实着人们的生活,它不仅满足了现代社会人们在健康危机中对健身养生的内心渴望,其特有的文化内涵也与现代社会的人文价值需求有机地统一。可以预见,在我国全民健身的社会背景下,传统武术必将发挥越来越重要的作用
