超声电机行星减速器促动器的设计
摘 要
射电望远镜是人们了解宇宙天空的奥秘的强力工具,而射电望远镜的主反射面通常拥有300米或者更大的口径,促动器的设计目的就是准确方便的调整主反射面。良好的的促动器设计方案关系到射电望远镜的制作成本、使用寿命、维护保养等性能指标。
本文的主要内容是针对促动器的机械传动系统的设计分析,研究设计了电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠、箱体结构及其他零部件配合的促动器设计方案。对射电望远镜的促动器设计选择有着良好的参考意义。
本次设计研究方向:
- 选择超声电机作为本促动器的驱动装置,结合超声电机的优点,来对传统的促动器进行优化改良,并根据设计要求进行电机型号选择。
- 根据促动器的传动要求,选择行星减速器来调整传动系统的中的转速与扭矩。
- 滚珠丝杠副做为促动器的核心传动装置的优点,计算滚珠丝杠的转速及尺寸。
- 设计促动器的各零部件的配合。

ABSTRACT
Radio telescope is the useful tool for the people to understand the mysteries of the universe the sky .And radio telescope main reflector is usually have 500 meters or a larger diameter.so a good actuator design is important,It is related to the production of a radio telescope cost, service life, maintenance of performance indicators.
The main content of this paper is the design of mechanical transmission system for actuator analysis, research design and the motor, reducer, ball screw, the actuator of structure and other parts of the design. The design of the actuator with radio telescopes choice has a good reference significance.
In this paper, This design research direction:
- Choose ultrasonic motor as the actuator drives, combined with the advantages of ultrasonic motor, to optimize the traditional actuator, and motor type selection is made according to the design requirements.
- According to the requirements of the actuator drive, select the planet reducer transmission system to adjust the rotate speed and torque
- The core of the ball screw vice as actuator transmission device, the advantages of calculation of the ball screw rotation speed and size.
- The design of the component parts of the actuator.
