电能净化设备安装调试项目管理与传统项目进度管理存在着较大的不同与区别,伴随着卷烟厂的快速发展而产生,电能净化设备安装调试项目管理水平的高低对项目的成败起到了至关重要的作用,并影响到企业整体的发展。卷烟厂工程系统繁多、工艺复杂及建设周期长,而项目管理是一门系统性学科,那么,如何体现出项目管理在卷烟厂项目的作用,更是如何做好项目管理模式下的机电安装调试管理的重要研究方向。为此,本文选择了电能净化设备安装调试项目进度管理作为研究对象,运用最新的项目管理理论,通过对人的行为因素、项目管理组织模式、传统进度管理方法和绩效考核方式对电能净化设备安装调试项目进度管理的影响分析,将当前我国处于领军地位的生产企业的项目进度管理经验作为借鉴,对卷烟厂电能净化设备安装调试项目进度管理提出了一些个人的改进方法和措施。项目进度管理、项目范围管理、项目成本管理以及项目质量管理是项目管理中最重要的四项内容,本文通过对电能净化设备安装调试项目的进度管理研究中可能出现的问题进行了分析,结合项目进度计划制定的理论和技术,分析了项目进度当前存在的问题,并在某种程度上对于优化项目进度进行了探索。结果表明,科学合理地制定项目进度计划,积极引进先进的进度控制理念并严格执行,以及借助各种有效的措施来保障,设备安装调试的进度目标是可以实现的。
