随着社会的进步、经济的发展，计算机在几乎所有的领域得到了运用并迅猛发展，依托于计算机的互联网技术也得到了快速的普及和应用，这标志着信息化时代的到来。近年来，随着我国实行科教兴国和人才强国战略以来，资料统计显示每年大学生入学人数都在上升，面对如此巨大的信息量，如果通过手工操作来完成，这样将会耗费大量的人力、物力，而且办事效率还低，然而通过计算机相关技术建立系统进行记录就能轻易实现对入学学生的相关信息登记。由此，本人认为很有必要建立一个新生报到系统。
本文论述的新生报到系统是将计算机技术应用于信息传播与处理的一个方面，使用该系统能方便的录入校园新闻、学生、班级等信息，并能实现管理员对新生报到的管理。本文论述的系统是采用jsp和MySQL结合，基于B/S 模式的Web应用软件，实现对学校信息和新生报到的统一化管理。
本文首先对建设新生报到系统的背景和意义进行分析，同时提出网站设计思路；然后介绍了建立新生报到系统所需要的工具技术，并对所用到的技术（jsp、MySQL）和工具（MyEclipse、Tomcat）进行介绍；接下来阐述了该系统所需的各模块的设计，给出网站总体功能设计和数据库设计；最后，从研究方案入手，利用相关语言进行模块化设计。

Abstract
With the development of society, economy, and the rapid development of computer has been used in almost all fields, depending on the computer Internet technology also obtained the popularization and application of fast,which marks the arrival of information age. In recent years, since has implemented the strategy of rejuvenating and talent of our country, statistics show every year college enrollment has been on the rise, in the face of such a huge amount of information, if done by manual operation, it will consume a large amount of manpower, material resources, and work efficiency is low still, but through the computer related technology to build the system records can easily realize the relevant information registration of enrolled students. Thus, I think it is necessary to establish a new report system.
This paper report the new system is a application of computer technology in the information transmission and processing, the use of the system to facilitate the entry of campus news, the students, the class information, and can realize the administrator to report new. This article discusses the system is using JSP and MySQL combination, B/S model based on Web application software, to achieve the school information and report of the new unified management.
This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the construction of the new report system, and puts forward the website design ideas; then introduces the need to establish the new report system tools,and to the use of the technology (JSP, MySQL) and tools (MyEclipse,Tomcat) are introduced; then expounds the design of each module of the system required the site, given the overall function design and database design; finally, starting from the research program, modular design using the related language.
