电梯控制系统设计及其组态模拟
摘要:电梯作为当今高层建筑重要的运送工具,通过垂直上下运送乘客,过去传统电梯的控制方式大部分采用继电器—接触器联合控制,这种控制缺点主要是接触点比较多,出故障率高、可靠性低、后期维维护量大等,但采用PLC控制可以有效地回避上述发生的问题,从而使电梯运行更加安全可靠、操作方便、舒适享受。这种控制在电梯行业已得到广泛应用。通过PLC对电梯进行控制,进行合理的选择和设计,增强了电梯的控制水平,同时增强了电梯运行的舒适感,使电梯控制达到了较为理想的效果。
本设计阐述了通过可编程控制器在电梯控制中的应用。主要说明了四层电梯的PLC控制系统总体设计方案、设计过程、组成,详细阐述了主要硬件电路、电梯的控制梯形图及指令表。并列出了系统组成框图,通过分析、处理随机信号逻辑关系的基础上,提出了PLC的编程方法。然后用MCGS组态软件实现了对PLC控制的四层电梯的模拟,计算机与PLC通过串行通信交换信息,用PLC来控制“虚拟”电梯。通过组态软件中命令语言编写的程序,使虚拟电梯的轿厢和门执行相应的动作,用画面上的指示灯和楼层显示器来显示来自PLC的各种状态信息。

The elevator control system design and configuration simulation
Abstract:Elevator as an important transport tools in high-rise building today, through the vertical transporting passengers up and down, in the past most of the traditional elevator control mode adopts relay – contactor joint control, this control weaknesses mainly contact point is more, the high failure rate, low reliability, the late d large amount of maintenance, etc., but adopting PLC control can effectively avoid the above problems, so that the elevator operation more safe and reliable, easy to operate, comfortable enjoyment. This control has been widely used in the elevator industry. Through the PLC to control the elevator, rational selection and design, to enhance the control level of the elevator, the elevator running at the same time enhance the comfort, make the elevator control to achieve the ideal effect.
This design is expounded through the application of PLC in elevator control. Illustrates the four main layers of the elevator PLC control system overall design scheme, design process, composition, in detail elaborated the main hardware circuit, elevator control ladder diagram and instruction list. Lists the system composition block diagram, through the analysis, processing, on the basis of random signal logic relation, the PLC programming method is proposed. Then use the MCGS configuration software to realize the simulation of PLC control of four elevators, computer through serial communication with PLC to exchange information, using PLC to control the “virtual” elevator. By command language programs written in the configuration software, the virtual elevator capsules and perform the corresponding action, with the light on the screen and floor display various state information from the PLC.
