摘要:车辆在使用过程中,车身件损伤在所难免,尤其是车门部分。对于车门的损伤,目前维修行业内通常是采用钣金喷漆工艺进行修复。即使一些并不严重的凹陷损伤,维修企业也是按照钣金、补原子灰和喷漆的复杂流程进行修理,这样做不但费时费力,而且会破坏原车漆,新喷涂的漆层由于原子灰的存在,很容易造成底层金属氧化。

Abstract: In the course of the vehicle, body parts damage is inevitable, especially in the door section. For door damage, currently the servicing sector usually by sheet metal painting process to repair. Even if some damage is not serious depression, repair business is in accordance with sheet metal, paint and putty up the complex process of repair, do not only time consuming, but will destroy the original paint, spray paint due to the new putty presence easily lead to oxidation of the underlying metal.
