汽车用PVC管生产自动切割机的设计
摘要:各种切割机在汽车制造业的应用十分广泛,为了不断的提高产品的质量,各种切割机的改造升级迫在眉睫。一方面要控制设备成本不能过高,另一方面对切割机算法程序的快捷效率有着一定的要求。汽车用PVC管切割机配备了自动化较高的自动换刀系统,加工精度提高了,机械的效率上升了,材料的切面变得光滑了,因此产品的质量变得更加优质。在理论研究和实地考察实验的基础上,PVC管切割机采用从国外进口的铣刀,这种铣刀的刀口十分锋利,排屑十分顺畅,这样可以避免粘刀情况的发生。同时可以使PVC管材切边光滑无毛刺,更加的经久耐用,一方面提高了生产效率,一方面提高了产品质量。基于PLC的切割机控制系统,当前比较先进的微机控制技术的采用,使切割机实现了工业生产交流电的无级调节速度,整个切割机耗电量明显降低,而且可以随着负荷的大小而变化。PVC管切割机在自动化流水线上的充分运用能提高工厂的生产效率,尤其实在汽车生产领域,减轻工人的劳动强度,为实现车间无人化提供了可靠的条件。

Design of Automatic Cutting Machine for Production of PVC Pipe for Automobile
