燃油锅炉监控系统的设计
摘要:当前燃油锅炉的应用愈发普遍,对燃油锅炉的科学研究也很多。为处理我国燃油锅炉近况的主要问题,选用单片机等控制技术和设备对我国燃油锅炉控制系统进行适量革新。由单片机设计的燃油锅炉控制系统,依据自动控制基本原理达成了锅炉更高效率和更高可靠性的发动、停止、停歇和异样处理;在此控制系统中对燃油锅炉温度、压力、水位各项参数等可进行高效检测、校正和调整;其中锅炉水位、压力、温度等参数控制亦可由单片机实现。
开始是对燃油锅炉根本布局构成和运行原理进行研究和剖析,按照燃油锅炉控制系统的工艺要求策划控制方案;策划好具体参数并以单片机当作控制系统的中枢,在此基础上策画出控制系统外部连接的线路图,并开始选取其他部件,最终按照系统整体的流程图进行主电路图的策划。

Design of monitoring system for oil fired boiler
Abstract:At current, the application of oil fired boiler is extensive very much, and more and more scientific research on the fuel oil boiler is also more and more. For solving the main troubles existing in the current situation of the oil fired boiler in our country, the control system and equipment of the single chip microcomputer are used to transform the control system of the fuel oil boiler in our country. By the single-chip design of the oil fired boiler control system, according to the boiler control principle of the boiler is more efficient and higher reliability for starting, stopping, pausing, and exception handling; in the control system of oil fired boiler combustion parameters such as can be efficient detection, correction ,temperature and adjustment; the boiler water stage, pressure and other parameters control can also realized by MCU.
First is the research and analysis of fuel boiler basic structure and operation principle, according to the boiler control system of the technological requirements, devise of dominate programs; design specific parameters and SCM as the control system of the central, based on the design of operating system of external wiring layout, and of other components selection. Finally, the design of main circuit diagram according to the flow chart of the system.
