摘要:人参烘干过程中最重要的问题是控制的温度变化。国家为每年为人参烘干支付很高的费用,主要是因为监测设备成本较高,管理方式不够先进。在理论研究和实地考察实验的基础上,进行了人参烘干温度实时在控制系统的设计和研制。温度控制对人参烘干的效果有着重要的意义。探讨控制人参烘干过程的原理和方法,能够基本消灭人参烘干失败事故,同时节省大量人力和物力,提高烘干人参效率,使人参烘干得到安全可靠的保障。目前,国内的人参烘干过程基本上是人工检测,劳动强度大,由于检测报警不及时,造成人参浪费的现象时有发生。于是,设计并研制性能价格比较高的人参烘干过程温度控制系统迫在眉睫。由于人参烘干基地分布广、储量大,人参库的管理和监测难度大,利用微机控制系统完成人参烘干过程的温度自动控制。主要通过控制调节阀的开度来改变流入蒸气的多少,从而改变温度达到控制的要求。
