摘 要
电力调度自动化系统在电力系统的运行生产中,起着举足轻重的作用,正确地对电网的调度自动化系统进行设计,将使电能的生产、传送、分配和使用获得最大的技术经济效益,并为电力系统的发展提供重要的数据和依据。现代的调度自动化系统包括三种含义:采集和变换信息、通信设备传送信息和调度中心使用信息。调度自动化系统收集、处理电网运行实时信息,通过人机联系系统把电网运行状况集中而有选择的显示出来进行监控。调度人员可以借此统观全局,集中全力指挥全网安全、经济和优质运行,同时极大地提高电网安全运行水平,提高电网事故的处理效率,减少停电损失。
本次调度自动化体系结构设计,将以调度自动化系统体系结构设计为基础,在指导教师的指引下,充分展现学生通过学习对调度自动化系统体系功能的理解,达到增进知识、提高实际工作能力的目的。

Abstracts
Power Dispatching Automation System plays a very important role in the power system production. Correctly design for electrical network Dispatching Automation System, will make production、deliver、 distribution and use of electricity to get biggest technical and economic benefits, and offer important data and basis for the development of power system. Modern Power Dispatching Automation System include three kinds of meaning: Gather and Transform information、communication equipment to deliver information and Dispatching Center uses information. Dispatching Automation System collect、handle the operation information of electrical network of real time, Through man-machine monitoring system, concentrate and selectively display the operation condition of electrical network. Dispatcher can find out overall situation, concentrate to pay full attention commander completely electrical network safe、economic and high quality operation, at the same time raise maximumly the handling of electrical network that runs at safety level and raises the accident of electrical network efficiency, reduce the loss of power failure.
The scheduling automation system structure design, will be based on the design of the system structure of the scheduling system, under the guidance of the teachers, to fully demonstrate the students through the learning of scheduling automation system function of understanding, to enhance the knowledge and improve the practical ability of the purpose.
