医院网上预约系统
目前我国大部分医院预约挂号信息处理基本上还停留在手工方式,劳动强度大且工作效率低,医务人员和管理人员的大量时间都消耗在事务性工作上,致使”人不能尽其才”;病人排队等候时间长,辗转过程多,影响医院医疗的秩序;病案、临床检验、病理检查等许多宝贵的数据资料的检索,十分费事甚至难以实现。因此,根据以上的开发背景,本人设计并实现了医院网上预约系统来解决以上问题。
该毕业设计采用JSP的三层架构模型,基于Browser/Server结构,在Myeclipse开发工具下,把JAVA作为开发语言,Mysql作为数据库,按照软件工程的方法开发医院网上预约系统。系统主要分为前台功能模块和后台管理模块,其中前台功能模块主要包括用户注册模块、用户登录模块、医生介绍、科室介绍、医院概况、医院公告、科室信息等模块;后台管理模块包括系统用户管理、医院公告管理、科室管理、医生排班管理、预约数据管理、系统管理等模块。该系统与传统手工医院预约挂号相比,将广大病人、医生、医院管理者紧密联系在一起,有效缩短了病人接受治疗的时间,大大提高了工作效率。经过系统测试,达到了预期目标。

ABSTRACT
At present our country most of the hospital appointment register information processing basically still stays in the manual way, labor intensity and low working efficiency, medical personnel and management personnel of a lot of time consumption on transactional work, which “people can’t do it”; Patient waiting time, process, and affect hospital medical order; Medical record, clinical examination, pathologic examination and many other valuable data retrieval, very trouble and even harder to achieve. Therefore, based on the above development background, I hospital outpatient appointment system was designed and implemented to solve the above problems.
The graduation design adopts three layer architecture model of JSP, based on Browser/Server structure, under the Myeclipse development tool, use c # as development language, Mysql as the database, according to the method of software engineering to develop hospital outpatient appointment system. System is mainly divided into front desk function module and the background management module, front desk function module mainly include user registration module, user login module, the doctor, department, medical information, medical information, health preservation and introduction of system module; Background management module includes the system user management, hospital management, medical information management, news health doctor health management, department management, scheduling management, booking data management, system management module, etc. The system compared with the traditional manual hospital to make an appointment, to the vast number of patients, doctors, hospital managers closely linked, effectively shorten the treatment time, the patient has greatly increased the work efficiency.
