摘要
随着公路客运业的高速发展,信息技术对客运管理行业的支撑作用越来越明显,传统的人工管理模式已无法满足公路客运发展的要求。
本系统——客运售票管理系统,采用WEB 技术作为创建应用程序的方式,以Java作为编程语言,采用Mysql数据库作为后台数据库。它是基于Browser/Server结构下形成的数据驱动的Web应用程序。从而方便了乘客,最大限度的提高了服务质量。
本系统基本遵循了软件工程方法论进行系统分析、总体设计、详细设计和软件测试。
实现了后台管理员对车辆信息、车次信息的维护以及订票信息的业务管理和注册用户的管理;前台用户通过注册登陆可以查询车次信息,进行订票和查看自己的订票信息并可以删除管理员未确认和禁止售票的订票信息。另外系统还实现了客户的在线留言,管理员在线回复的功能。

Abstract
With the rapid development of highway passenger transport industry, information technology to passenger transportation support function is getting more and more obvious, the traditional manual management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of highway passenger transport.

The system follows the basic software engineering methodology for systems analysis, design, detailed design and software testing.
The realization of the background administrator for vehicle information, train information maintenance and booking business management information and the registered users of the management; the registered users can query the number of landing information, booking and view their own booking information and can delete the administrator unrecognised and prohibit the predetermined booking information. The system to achieve the customer ‘s online message, the administrator online reply function.
