摘 要: 近年来我国农业劳动生产率不断提高，平均每个农业劳动者在单位时间内生产的农产品量或产值，或生产单位农产品消耗的劳动时间。是衡量农业劳动者生产效率的指标。决定农业劳动生产率高低的主要因素有：农业劳动者生产技术水平、劳动熟练程度、劳动态度和精神状况，农业生产的技术装备状况和农业生产过程的环境因素，劳动生产率，农业科学研究成果在农业生产中的应用情况，农业劳动组织形式和农业生产经营单位的管理水平，土壤的肥沃程度，农业气候状况，以及影响农业生产的其他自然条件等。农业生产率的提高，是人类社会中农业以外一切经济部门得以独立化和进一步发展的基础。从个别农业企业看，也是增强企业竞争能力，提高经济效益的重要条件。在本文中我们事先对农产品生产劳动消耗水平的计算加以探讨之后,想要研究一下农业中提高劳动生产率问题的若干方面。

Abstract:In recent years, agricultural labor productivity rise ceaselessly, the average amount of agricultural products agricultural labourers produced in unit time or production, or production unit consumption of agricultural products of labor time. Is the measure of agricultural labourers to production efficiency index. Decided the main factors of agricultural labor productivity high and low are: agricultural labourers to proficiency in level of production technology, labor, labor attitude and mental health, agricultural production technology and equipment condition and the environmental factors of agricultural production process, labor productivity, agricultural science and application of research findings in agricultural production, agricultural labor organization and the management level of agricultural production and operation units, fertile soil, agricultural climate conditions, and other natural conditions affect agricultural production and so on. The improvement of agricultural productivity, is the human society in agricultural outside the foundation of all economic sectors to privatise and further development. From the individual agricultural enterprises, and strengthen enterprise competition ability, improve the economic benefit is the important condition. In this article, we advance to agricultural production labor consumption level, after discussed with the calculated to study the agricultural increase in labor productivity problems in several aspects.
