摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展以及人们生活水平的进一步提高，老年人的晚年养老问题越来越受到了社会的关注。由于老年人随着社会的发展，他们的需求也逐渐地走向了个性化、多样化，以及一些资金来源问题都在困扰着我国养老事业的发展。本论文将从NGO参与社区养老的意义入手，并通过对香港NGO参与社区养老的功能优势分析，来总结出香港NGO参与社区养老带给我们的启示，从而总结出适于我们大陆社区养老的发展建议。本论文的研究具有时代性、可操作性，希望能够为我国养老事业的健康发展提供有力的理论基础。

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of our economy and people living standard rise further, the elderly old age pension problem has attracted more and more attention of the society. Because older people with the development of society, their needs will also gradually moved toward individuation, diversification, and some sources of funding problems are perplexing our country pension development. The papers from the NGO community endowment the meaning proceed with, and through to the Hongkong NGO participation in community nursing function advantage analysis, to summarize the Hongkong NGO community endowment brings our enlightenment, thus summed up for our mainland community nursing development proposal. This study has times sex, maneuverability, and hope to be able to provide our country endowment enterprise healthy development provide strong theoretical basis.
