随着我国知识经济社会的发展以及高等教育体制改革的深化,大学生的就业方式也同步的发生了转变。在此形式下,大学生职业生涯规划的重要性日益彰显,但实际情况则是许多的大学都普遍存在着注重形式大于内容、指导不力,学生认知感性大于理性、实施不力的现象。对于大学生个人而言,在毕业之前做好自我评估与自我发展,对于个人有着十分重要的作用。也是自身心理健康不可或缺的人格基本面。大学生在选择就业中,应当对自身心理上优点和不足之处有个清晰的判断,从而合理地进行心理调整,接受各方面的就业指导培训,以达到增加自身的综合素质和竞争力的目的。在正确评估自身,扬长避短的情况下,大学生应当分析当前的就业形势与特点,争取做到将自身的能力和市场需求相一致,增加就业成功率,为未来职业发展打下良好的基础。
本文以南京人口管理干部学院在毕业生职业规划教育和指导方面所开展的实际工作为例,结合该校学生自身在职业生涯规划方面存在的问题,并对其进行分析探讨。在职业生涯规划的相关理论研究的支撑下,对职业规划实际操作中出现的问题,帮助指引大学毕业生制定适合自身实际情况的职业生涯规划设计,增强他们面临就业竞争的能力。 关键词:职业生涯规划;大学生就业;干预 |

Abstract
With the knowledge economy and the development of the society of our country’s higher education system and the deepening of the reform of the graduates’ employment transitions, college students the importance of career planning becomes more and more obvious in the actual operation platform should face there are generally universities to form more than content, lack of guidance, student cognitive perceptual more than rational, and implementation of the poor phenomenon. To improve college students’ career planning effect, realizing the scientific and systematic planning, individuation, universities should pay equal attention to insist on theory and practice, and provide a comprehensive range of support. College students should be clear about their own conditions and external environment of the similarities and differences, comprehensive factors, in the ideal and practice will be combined with the reality, so as to realize the individual goals. This paper to NanJing population management cadre institute in the graduate education and career planning direction in the actual work on as an example, combined with the students of their own in the career planning of existing problems, and carries on the analysis is discussed. In the career planning of relevant theories support, career planning in the actual operation of the problems, and help guide the university graduates make suitable its actual situation career planning and design, to enhance the ability of employment competition they face.
