高校团建工作存在的问题探究
摘要：高校团建工作是改进和加强大学生思想政治教育工作的第一线。当前高校团建工作正面临着新的挑战。团组织中团组织先进性不足、对大学生团建工作投入不足的情况等问题普遍存在，需要从改善和加强高校团的组织建设、开展有实际意义的的团组织活动加强和改善高校团的思想建设、借助学生社团和学生会来巩固团的群众基础、努力组建出一支符合时代要求的高素质的干部队伍,并充分发挥其在大学生思想政治教育中应有的作用。
关键词：高校；团建工作；和谐校园
Abstract: the university group work is built to improve and enhance university students’ ideological and political education work the first line. The current university league building work is facing new challenges. In the paper, the advanced nature of college students do the insufficient league building work of insufficient investment questions exists generally, need to improve and to strengthen the team from the organization construction, to develop the practical activities of the delegations to strengthen and improve college group the thought construction, with the student community, and student union to consolidate the group’s efforts to form a mass foundation, an accord with the demands of the era of high quality team, and give full play to its in the college students’ ideological and political education in the proper role.
