公共组织的目标选择
[摘要] 公共组织包括在社会组织系统中，前者是后者的一个子系统, 公共组织这个子系统具体又可区分出若干类型的组织,这些组织之间存在着一定的差异性,比如我国公共管理领域中的政府组织和非政府组织，他们是公共组织的主要分类，本文主要对这样的公共组织及目标选择进行研究。首先介绍了公共组织的相关情况，包括公共组织的概念、公共组织的特性和公共组织的功能。接着分析了公共组织的目标，包括服务社会、服务于社会经济发展和建立良好的社会保障体系三个比较大的方面，并在各个问题中进行了具体细分。第三个问题分析了公共组织目标选择时存在的三个问题，最后针对出现的问题，对实现公共组织目标的措施进行了阐述。希望能共同探讨公共组织的目标选择问题。
[Abstract] Public organizations including in social organizations in the system, the former is a sub-system of the latter, public organization the subsystem can distinguish between the concrete and some type of organization, the organization has certain differences between, such as in the field of China’s public management government organizations and non-governmental organizations, they are the main public organization classification, this paper mainly to such public organizations and target selection for research. First introduced the related information of public organizations, including the concept of public organization, public organizations and the characteristics of the function of the public organizations. And then analyse the public the objectives of the organization, including social services, service to social and economic development and the establishment good social security system of the big three, and in each problem in the match. The third question analysis the public organizations target when the choice three problems, finally, according to the problems, and to realize the public organizations target measures is discussed in this paper. Hope to discuss public organizations target selection problem.
