承担着管理国家事务和社会公共事务职能的基层公务员,其绩效考核问题一直是政府各级部门以及广大社会群体和媒体关注的焦点。本文基于目前基层公务员绩效考核现状,详细研究,分析得出基层公务员的绩效考核制度存在的一些不足和考核问题,并提出了相应的对策。基层公务员的绩效考核,决定着基层公务员队伍内部的人才和基层公务员内部的晋升以及奖惩,对于公平、公正的用人制度的建设有着重要的作用。所以,抓好基层公务员绩效考核工作,完善基层公务员绩效考核制度,这对于建设一支党性强、素质高、作风硬、结构合理、高效、廉洁的基层公务员队伍,提高为人民服务的水平,构建社会主义和谐社会都具有很重要的现实意义。
