社会信息化的深度发展和技术条件的进一步提高将我们推向了一个消息即时发布的“人人皆记者”的自媒体时代。微博就是这样一个以快书写、快发布、快阅读见长的Web2.0的代表产物,140个字附一张图片或一段视频的微传播成为当下最热门的信息传播方式。2010年被新闻传播学界、业界称为“微博元年”,用户在数量上不断升级,截止2011年底全国微博用户已经超过1.95亿。微博逐渐转变为公民发声甚至表达政治意见的平台,微博公共空间初现雏形。作为一种新兴的传播媒介和公民参与方式,微博正在越来越深入地参与和影响人们的生活,改变着人们发布和获取信息的途径和参与的方式。论文从微博的定义,微博的传播特点,微博在传播过程中的局限以及应对措施等方面入手,对微博式公民参与进行了深入的研究和探讨。

In 2010 by the journalism community, known in the industry as” the first year of micro-blog”, user quantity to upgrade ceaselessly, by the end of 2011the micro-blog has more than 195000000users. Micro-blog gradually transformed into citizen audible even express political opinions of the platform, the early prototype micro-blog public space. As an emerging media and the way of citizen participation, micro-blog is more and more deeply involved and affect people’s life, changing people publish and access to information and to participate in the way. Papers from the micro-blog definition, micro-blog propagation characteristics in the process of communication, micro-blog limit and coping measures and other aspects, the micro-blog type citizen participation carried out in-depth study and discussion.
