论秘书的职业道德修养
在世纪之交，随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展，社会的各行各业和各个领域正经受着前所未有的深刻变革。在这项全新的变革事业面前，秘书职业既面临着新的挑战，也经受着强烈的冲击。最首要的问题是，它给秘书队伍的职业道德建设提出了新的要求。因此，如何从秘书的职业道德建设方面人手，建立一支能够更好地为领导服务，为社会主义市场体制的建立、发展和完善服务的道德高尚、勤政廉洁、甘于奉献的秘书队伍，是我们秘书战线所面临的必须认真探索并解决好的一个重要课题。

At the turn of the century, along with our country socialist market economy system establishment and development, social all walks of life and all areas are experiencing profound change of hitherto unknown. In this new change the face of the cause, the secretary occupation is facing new challenge, also a strong impact. The most important question is, it gives the Secretary Team occupation moral construction to raise new requirement. Therefore, how to from the Secretary’s occupation moral construction in terms of manpower, the establishment of a better able to serve for the leader, as socialistic market system build, develop and perfect service with noble morals, diligent politics clean-fingered, be willing to sacrifice the secretary team, is our Secretary front faces must be explored seriously and solved an important issue.
