论行政相对人与行政法制监督
摘要：构建社会主义法治社会已经成为我国当前的重要任务。由于我国的行政法制是以行政执法主体和行政制度为核心，而行政相对人的地位和作用得到很大程度上的忽视。笔者在本文中从行政相对人和行政法制监督的概念理论入手，分别从当前我国行政相对人的地位、行政法制监督存在的问题进行深入分析，探并讨了行政相对人在法制监督中的作用，希望从行政相对人的层面进一步推动我国的行政法治进程和完善我国的行政法律制度。

Concerning the administrative relative person and administrative legal supervision
Abstract: the construction of socialist government by law society has become an important task in our country at present. Because of our country’s administrative legal system is based on the administrative law enforcement main body and administrative system as the core, and the administrative relative person’s status and the function get largely ignored. The author in this paper from the relative people of administrative supervision of legal system theory of concept, respectively from the current our country the administrative relative person’s status, administrative legal supervision and the existing problem of the thorough analysis, and the administrative relative person for exploration in the role of the legal supervision, hope from the administrative relative person’s level further push forward China’s administrative legal process and perfect our country’s administrative legal system.
