摘要：随着科技的飞速发展，计算机已经广泛的应用于各个领域之中，而且日趋普及。在新闻领域内，计算机的应用已经十分广泛，各种智能设备都与计算机紧密结合在一起，主要应用于两个方面：一是以新闻为主。另一种是软件的建设，以提高新闻发布网站的形象。
本文研究的新闻发布网站基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用java技术和MYSQL数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统，实现了不同权限的用户登录，包括用户和管理员。管理员:专题管理、推广管理、广告管理、新闻列表、管理员管理、个人信息。用户：资讯、财经、娱乐、体育、时尚、汽车、房产、科技、旅游、公益、个人信息等功能。本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷，是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高，并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的新闻发布网站。
本论文主要讲述了新闻发布网站开发背景，对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求，然后对新闻发布网站进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的问题。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的新闻发布网站管理状况，提高效率。

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology, computer has been widely used in various fields and is becoming more and more popular. In the field of news, the application of computer has been very extensive, all kinds of intelligent equipment are closely combined with the computer, mainly used in two aspects: one is news. Another is the construction of software to improve the image of news release websites.
The news release website studied in this paper is based on the current popular B/S structure, and USES Java technology and MYSQL database for development and design. Through this system, the user login with different permissions is realized, including user and administrator. Administrator: thematic management, promotion management, advertising management, news list, administrator management, personal information. Users: information, finance, entertainment, sports, fashion, automobile, real estate, technology, tourism, public welfare, personal information and other functions. This system through the test, the operation effect is stable, the operation is convenient, is quick, is a function comprehensive, the practical good, the security is high, and has the good expandability, the maintainability news release website.
