摘 要：随着科技的飞速发展，计算机已经广泛的应用于各个领域之中，而且日趋普及。在教学领域内，计算机的应用已经十分广泛，各种智能校园审批服务都与计算机紧密结合在一起，校园审批服务系统建设，以提高校园审批服务的现代化管理形象。
本文研究的校园审批服务系统在目前的开发程序软件当中我们采用了B/S结构和当前较流行的java技术和mysql数据库来开发此系统，并通过这些技术来实现系统不同用户的角色。系统主要包括：学生：个人资料管理、活动与经费管理、请假与评优管理、创业与选课管理、入团申请管理，学生会审批、学生科审批、教务科审批、团委审批、：个人资料管理、审核信息管理，管理员：用户信息管理、学生会申瓯管理、学生科审批管理、教务科审批管理、团委审批管理等功能。
本论文主要讲述了校园审批服务系统开发背景，对于这个系统来说我们从系统需求分析和功能做了详细的介绍和分析，然后对系统的功能做一些详细的测试和总结。并对业务流程、系统结构和数据等方面做了全面的解释。最后利用计算机技术和网络技术来改变当前校园审批服务系统所存在的管理问题。

Abstract ：With the rapid development of science and technology, computer has been widely used in various fields and is becoming more and more popular. In the field of teaching, the application of computer has been very extensive, all kinds of intelligent campus examination and approval services are closely combined with the computer, campus examination and approval service system construction, in order to improve the modern management image of campus examination and approval service.
In the current development program software, we use B/S structure and the current popular Java technology and mysql database to develop this system, and through these technologies to achieve the role of different users of the system. System mainly include: student: personal information and funds management, leave management, activities and assessment management, entrepreneurship and application management, course management, smoked for examination and approval of the student union, student affairs office for examination and approval, the educational administration department for examination and approval, youth corps committee for examination and approval, : personal information management, audit information management, the administrator, user information management, students “ou management, student affairs office management, educational administration department for examination and approval, youth corps committee for examination and approval of the examination and approval administration, and other functions.
This paper mainly describes the development background of the campus approval service system. For this system, we made a detailed introduction and analysis of the system requirements and functions, and then made some detailed tests and summaries of the system functions. It also explains the business process, system structure and data comprehensively. Finally, the management problems in the current campus approval service system are changed by using computer technology and network technology
