某监民警管理模式的调查分析
——以浙江省第六监狱为例
摘要
随着监狱体制改革的进行,监狱人事管理模式的改革也应提上议事日程。本文以以浙江省第六监狱为例,以监狱人事管理的现行模式入手,分析监狱人事管理中存在的问题,对此提出监狱人事管理建立中国监狱系统特色的职称制度,按需要进行岗位与职能划分,构建科学的人事制度,发挥人事制度对监狱警察的激励作用,深入抓好监督制约的正规化建设,着力规范监狱人民警察的执法行为等创新性建议。

Abstract
Along with the system reform of the prison, prison personnel management reform should also be put on the schedule. This article to the sixth prison in Zhejiang Province as an example, to prison personnel management of current mode proceed with, analysis of prison personnel management in the problem of existence, put forward to establish Chinese prison personnel management system characteristics of the professional title system, according to the post and function division, construction of scientific personnel system, the personnel system of prison police play incentive role of supervision and restriction, in-depth grasp of the standardization construction, focus on standardizing the Jail People’s police law enforcement and other innovative suggestions.
