食品行业是一个特殊的行业，是一个竞争性行业，在世界各国都受到包括进入限制、卫生许可证制度和标准设立等在内的复杂而严格的政府监管。近几年来，国内外因食用不安全食物而发生的事故不胜枚举。我国食品卫生安全问题现在越来越突出，形势不容乐观，严重的食品卫生安全问题不仅危及人类的健康和生命，也会影响到社会的稳定和发展。

The food industry is a special industry, is a competitive industry, countries all around the world including into restrictions, health by permit system and standards, set up the complex and strict government regulation. In recent years, through consumption not safe food at home and abroad and accident to enumerate. China’s food safety problem now is becoming more and more serious, the situation is not optimistic, serious safety problems not only endanger the health of human beings and life, also affected the stability and development of society.
