如何维护和增强网络时代的政府公信力
摘要：当前，温州动车事故、化学酱油等一系公共问题，不断考验着政府的公信力。近年来，政府公信力备受关注。2006年3月，温家宝总理在十届人大四次会议上所作的政府工作报告中明确指出要加快推进行政管理体制改革，建立完善的行政问责制，提高政府的公信力。这是第一次把政府公信力的概念写进中央正式文件，它标志着关于政府公信力建设的问题被正式纳入国家综合治理的范畴。在网络时代下，如果能够正确运用互联网便能有效提高政府的公信力，有效维护政府在群众的威信。
