摘 要
进入21世纪，随着经济社会的快速、持续、健康发展，我国老龄化现象也越发突出，如何为老人们提供一个更为幸福的养老环境、让他们安度晚年日益成为一个热门的社会问题。当前，我国正处在全面建设小康社会的关键时期，同时也是和谐社会建和的关键时期，为老人们提供良好的养老服务，让他们更好的安享晚年，这不仅是一个传统的道德问题，更是一个极具实践意义的社会问题。
当前，我国养老主要有居家养老、专业机构养老以及近些年来新起的社区养老这几种模式。由于国家财政的制约，加之传统观念的影响，专业机构承担的养老比例较小。社区养老作为一种新兴的养老模式，其实质是以家庭为依托，通过整个社区各种资源的整合，更好的实现养老服务，因此，从根本上讲，社区养老还是一种家庭养老。鉴于家庭养老在我国养老服务中所占的巨大比例，对家庭养老服务进行调查，可以充分了解家庭养老现状和存在的问题，有助于更好的提升我国养老服务水平和质量，帮助老人们度过一个幸福、安详的晚年。本文结合上海徐汇区的最大城中村——华泾东湾村的养老服务实际情况，开展了对于该课题的研究，并提出了相应的解决措施，以期对我国老年人养老服务问题的解决有所帮助。

Abstract
Enter twenty-first Century, along with the economic society fast, healthy and sustainable development, China’s aging phenomenon is more prominent, how old people provide a better living environment, let them live has become a hot social problem. Current, our country is in the key period of all-round construction of well-off society, but also the harmonious society construction and the critical period, for old people to provide a good service pension, allowing them to better enjoy the old age, it is not only a moral problem, it is a very practical social problems.At present, China’s endowment mainly old-age home, professional institutions endowment as well as in recent years the new community endowment this several models. As the state’s fiscal constraints, together with the influence of traditional idea, professional institutions to undertake a smaller proportion of the aged. Community nursing is a new nursing pattern, its essence is to the family as the basis, through the entire community of resource integration, to achieve better nursing service, therefore, fundamentally speaking, the community endowment or a family endowment. In view of family support for the elderly in our country old-age service for the large proportion, the family old-age service investigation, can fully understand the family status and the existing problems, contribute to better promote China’s old-age service levels and quality, help old people spend a happy, peaceful life. This article unifies the Shanghai Xuhui District is the biggest village in China — Jingdong bay village of the old-age service the actual situation, to carry out research about this subject, and put forward the corresponding solution measures, with a view to China’s elderly pension service problems help to solve.
